First impressions

Using the Remington Rose Pearl Ceramic Hair Straightener
After unpacking the box, the first thing that caught my eye was how nice the rose gold straighteners looked- definitely something a bit different- and even down the colour of the pouch, a lot of thought has gone in the look of this model.
After plugging them in and setting my temperature using the digital display, within seconds the beeper went off and they were ready to use. These straighteners heat up very quickly and certainly saves time compared to other ones that I have had over the years.
They are lightweight too, which is good especially when I’m doing my full head and not just the front bits. I have quite thick hair, so I also like the fact that the long plates allow me to straighten large sections of hair at a time, which means I am not spending ages at the mirror straightening! They also gripped the hair well and actually after trying out the different temperatures, found that I didn’t need the hottest one to keep the desired sleek finish- and it even stayed in until the following morning too.
These are also great for safety (as I’m always leaving my straighteners on!). There is a hinge-locking feature to close and lock them away before placing the straighteners into the heat resistant bag – and the best thing- if you forget to turn them off; they go off automatically after 60 minutes. How good is that?!
After using the Remington Rose Pearl Ceramic Hair Straighteners for a few weeks now, I would say they are absolutely as good as the more expensive brands! The temperature control is brilliant so that you have total control on your styling-, which is something you just don’t tend to get with GHD’s etc.
